We can act as Principle Contractor or Contractor under CDM regulations.
As Principle Contractor we can help with:
- F10 notification;
- site set up;
- construction phase plan preparation;
- risk assessments and method statements;
- managing and monitoring contractors;
- health and safety file preparation.
If you appoint us as a Contractor, we will ensure all our staff have a full safety briefing beforehand, and we will produce the relevant documentation for the site file.
